Dr. Mehmed "John" Ozak was born in Austin, Texas.
His mother is a veterinarian in Turkey and Dr. Ozak attended Istanbul University School of Veterinary Medicine. He graduated in 2013 and soon after moved to the United States.
Dr. Ozak went through the lengthy process of acquiring his Texas veterinary license. He completed this in June 2017 and joined our team at North Durham Animal Hospital in late July 2017.
